Is your scrapbooking blog looking tired and boring? Do you think it needs a facelift? Are you unhappy with the boring old default  background templates provided by your blog host? A simple google search for "free blog templates" will bring up thousands of options - so where do you start?

Good news! I am here to show you 2 great sites to help you give your blog the personalised look you are after!

1. "Suck My Lolly" is a website that has free blog templates for blogger users. You can see the gallery of designs here. There are both XML (for beginners) and Classic templates (for more experienced bloggers with HTML knowledge) - you should refer to the help page in blogger for advice on which one will suit you best.

Best of all, all of the designs are FREE! :)

2. Another great site that I am seeing used more and more often these days is "The Cutest Blog on the Block".

TCBOTB not only has great free backgrounds for your blog, but also offers free blinkies to accessorize your blog as well!

There are also some great tutorials in their "Blog Secrets" section, as well as the "Fashion Your Own Facelift" section where there are FREE digital scrapbooking kits to download which you can use to create your own blog header for use with the background templates! Too cool!
