I love Mondays (well after I manage to get out of bed that is). It means it’s time to check out what some of the scrapbooking manufacturers are up to.
- Basic Grey was supposed to launch their new website on 10th Dec. Apparently, technical issues have delayed the launch. Not only is the BG website getting a makeover, but the company is also entering the digital scrapbooking world. Sadly, we’ll have to wait a bit longer before we can get our eyes on the new developments.
- Making Memories features a family traditions mini album created by Roxanne Olsen with the Mistletoe collection. Within the post, you’ll find instructions on how to make the album if you’re inclined to attempt something similar yourself.
- Bella Blvd is looking for FIVE new guest designers – or “Bella Artistas” – for the months of March to July 2010. The submission deadline for the call is 8th Jan 2010. Oh and before I forget, there’s also these treat bags with M&Ms inside to take a look at. Mmmmm chocolate.
- Bo Bunny features a pretty paper angel (pictured). I love her curly paper hair and accordion folded collar. Go on, tell me you can resist her. HA! I don’t believe you!
- At Imaginisce I spied these Christmas candy cones to hang on your tree. Fabulous idea, but somehow I don’t think these would last very long at my house. (No kids…. SANTA must have eaten them all – honest!)
- Fancy Pants has this Christmas gift holder idea. The example shows little sachets of coffee inside, but I’m sure you could think of other things to fill it with.
- If you’re handy with ribbon and pins, this beautiful Christmas ribbon tree from Maya Road might interest you. It’s built on a foam cone base.
- Over at My Mind’s Eye I discovered this sketch challenge. (Oh how I lurrve a good sketch!) There’s also a colourful Christmas layout to look at. If you’re interested in reproducing the layout, there’s an accompanying instruction sheet to download.
That’s all for now, until next week. Enjoy.
