Hi and hello, and welcome to another week of the latest and greatest of what i have found in in my scrappy travels…and if you have a cool "something’ you would like to share email me at ngaireb1@optusnet.com.au. I would love to hear from you!

1. I am a huge fan of the black apple. Emily Martin is an amazing artist and I have several of her prints throughout my home. Emily has just created a fabulous new site to share her latest set of work…the ordinary forest Go see and prepare to be delighted!

2. A fabulous little set i came across this week…available wholesale from Printblocks…all the tools you need to start playing with ink…plus a few more that I haven’t seen before like the "smudgee" (lol)…a cool little glove type thing for well you guessed it…smudging inks…:) here’s a picture:

3. I found this site and totally enjoyed the concept…i think it makes a great prompt for layouts…6 word memoirs…can you describe YOUR life in six words?

4. Saw these stamps on the fiskars blog and immediately thought of the cute paper dolls and "poppet" style layouts i could make with them…(love this type of thing…as my drawing skills are…well…less than stellar) :)

5. For all you fans of shabby chic…Rachel Ashwell now has a blog…so you can wander through the beautiful soft colours, and prints, and ideas that make up her world. Inspirational colour combos and decorating ideas abound. Sip tea and have a piece of shortbread while you browse. :)

6. THIS is a groovy and totally eighties scrap project that i loved. What a fab idea from Dona’scrap. :)

7. THIS Flickr set is so delicate and beautiful, the colours are luscious and the ideas stunning. I am sure it will "SPARK YOUR IMAGINATION!"

8. A cute and vintage princess is a free download I found at Stampington and Co.

9. WASSIL is the new Basic Grey Christmas set for 2008, you can see a great preview of it here. My fav paper is this one…French Hens and I LOVE the name of the collection.

10. Blog of the week. I am simply enamoured with this artist’s work…Kelly Rae Roberts. A girlfriend and i both discovered her last week…and i just cant get over her use of collage and altered bits and pieces, and those beautiful faces!!!!! Much to see and do here…and she has a book out which i am looking forward to immersing myself in at the earliest opportunity.

10a. The Tarisota Gallery for September is up and Gorgeous…you can see it all here. A layout I made with this month’s collection:

I hope you find something here to delight and inspire you.

"We do not believe in ourselves until someone reveals that deep inside us something is valuable, worth listening to, worthy of our trust, sacred to our touch. Once we believe in ourselves we can risk curiosity, wonder, spontaneous delight or any experience that reveals the human spirit." ~ E. E. Cummings

More next week!

Peace. Ngaire x
PS…come over to my blog and leave a comment about a nice thing you did for someone…to pay it forward…and be in the running for a spring prize of papers and buttons and ribbons and more!
